Return Policy:

At Damegirl, we prioritize customer satisfaction. 

Shipping: Orders processed within 3-5 business days; international shipping available.

International Shipping: We proudly offer international shipping. Note that shipping rates and delivery times may vary depending on your location.

Return Policy: Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item to initiate a return or exchange.

Returns: Contact us within 14 days for returns/exchanges. Journals returnable if damaged upon delivery. Clothing returnable if unworn and with tags attached. Unused/unopened candles returnable within 10 days.

Damaged candles: Contact us within 7 days. Customers responsible for return shipping costs unless due to damaged/defective products. Refunds processed after inspecting returned items.

Journal Products: Our journal products are returnable only if the product is damaged upon delivery. Any paperback writing should have no markings and must be in a resellable condition. When contacting us about a damaged product, please submit a photo for reference.

Candle Products: At Damegirl, we are dedicated to providing our customers with high-quality candles. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer refunds for unused and unopened candles within 10 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a refund, the candle must be in its original packaging and in the same condition that you received it.

In case of candles damaged during shipping or with manufacturing defects, please contact our customer support within 7 days of receiving the product. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include providing a replacement or refund.

Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged or defective product. Refunds will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned item(s).
